It is possible that the "swollen" or "swelling" of the belly 

may indicate Satan's being lifted up in pride in the temple.
 
Is. 29:7 is the only verse where 06638 is rendered "fight," 

and the context would permit the rendering "swell" also.
 
Notice 6643, which seems to convey the meaning of glory or beauty,
 
which would identify more with the idea of pride than battle.
